Executive 6: I think the best solution is appoint a new manager. The last week I was in the Production Department, I heard some workers were talking about it and they told that: He was not a strong manager and has not good relationship. If we have a new Production Manager our situation will be better because the workers will see a change and will think about. They and their complaints are important for the factory. They could work happy and the productivity and sales surely will increase. They will motivate. They think so that they will be the future Production Manager. The workers aspire to be a Production Manager in the future.
